Are all the styles of the merchants in your store in stock?

   Dear customer, hello. All styles on the website are in stock. Generally, there are about 200 pieces of each color in the safety stock. If you need a large quantity, please consult the customer service in advance so that we can replenish the stock for you in time.

 2. How long will it take for the goods to be dispatched after I place the order? What kind of express delivery should be sent?

     Dear customer, hello. The default Courier is ZTO Express. If you have a specific Courier, please be sure to inform the customer service and make a note. Orders placed before 18:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day, while those placed after 18:00 will be dispatched the next day. In case of special circumstances (such as bad weather, express delivery congestion, holidays, etc.), the shipment may be delayed and timely notification will be given.

 3. If it's a small order, what is the minimum order quantity?

      The minimum order quantity for the trial sale is low, and best-selling items are being restocked as they are sold. Our factory specially offers small-batch customization (starting from one piece of knitted fabric and 60 pieces of woven fabric), which is more advantageous than our competitors. There is no problem with trial sales.

4. Regarding the size of the sample model's stage?

      Our factory has been dedicated to providing cross-border customers with sources of European and American women's clothing for over 10 years. Therefore, the dimensions of the models we sample are all based on European and American standards. All the clothing styles are larger than those of our general peers, and the materials used are more abundant!

5. Regarding the issue of the sample fee?

      Our sample-making fee standard is 300 yuan per piece, and 500 yuan per piece for complex ones. We will fully refund the sample-making fee after placing an order.

6. Regarding the issue of the customized delivery date?

      We usually deliver the goods within 7 to 10 days. The general procurement time for both labor and materials is 3 days. If special customized fabrics and auxiliary materials are required, it will take more than 7 days.

7. Regarding the after-sales service for returns?

      Spot wholesale offers a full warranty and return within 15 days after you receive the goods if there are any quality issues. Regarding customization, no returns or exchanges are allowed without quality issues. This is because we are the only product specially designed for you according to your requirements, so returns are not permitted.

8. Where are your products suitable for sale?

      We specialize in manufacturing cross-border women's clothing, including Amazon bestsellers, ebay best-selling women's clothing, Wish and AliExpress bestsellers, and other women's clothing suitable for foreign consumers. Our products are available online on platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, WISH, DHgate, and independent websites. As the product size is either European or American, it is not recommended for sale on domestic platforms such as Taobao.
