2. Place the SIM card

As shown in the figure, open the glue plug, push the SIM chip upward into the SIM card slot, and the device will start automatically.

Attention:

1. Please use the GSM card of China Mobile or Unicom.

2. Insert the ordinary SIM phone card, pay attention to the direction of the card, and follow the illustration on the shell.

 

 

 

3. The device starts

l The automatic power indicator of the card device lights up and the device starts to work.

l Activate GPRS according to 4.0 Settings after 30 seconds of startup.

l Automatic GPS positioning when there is GPS signal, automatic LBS positioning when there is no GPS signal.

l The device senses the vibration and automatically starts to work. If there is no vibration for 5 minutes, the device will enter the power-saving hibernation mode.

l Remove the SIM card and the device automatically shuts down.

4.0 Activating the device Starts locating the device

Activate the device, send SMS to open GPRS to activate the device.

Send "gprs123456" to the card number inside the device.

 

 

 

After the locator blinks blue and green alternately, you can query the location of the locator. There are four query methods: mobile APP, website platform, wechat and SMS

4.1 Using mobile APP location

 

  

1. android phone: Scan the QR code to select Android to download and install the software to the phone, or search "TKSTAR GPS" in the app store to download and install the software to the phone.

2. Apple phone: Scan the QR code to select iPhone to download and install the software to the phone, or search "TKSTAR GPS" in the store to download and install the software to the phone.

3. Select IMEI Login in the lower right corner.

Electronic fence: Set the fence and send an alarm to the APP and platform when the device enters or goes out of the fence.

Command delivery: Set the product parameter function of the device.

Device information: Edit device information.

Device message: Displays alarm information generated by the device.

Perimeter navigation: Navigate to surrounding public places.

Alarm reminder: Set the APP push of alarm information.

Offline maps: APP buffering is faster after downloading offline maps.

 

 

4.2 Positioning Using the Platform

 

 

1. Go to www.mytkstar.net and select the Chinese language.

2. Select: IMEI/ID Number

IMEI/ID: indicates the IMEI affixed to the rear cover of the device

Password: Factory default 123456 (can log in to the platform to change the password)

 

4.3 Using wechat to Locate

1. Add public account "MYTKSTAR" or scan QR code to add.

2. After the device is added, bind the device according to wechat prompt instructions, and send 123 to query and locate the device.

4.4 Using SMS to Locate Users
