关于发货：正常情况下48小时内都会发货。特殊情况下，如季节性繁忙或仓库缺货， 发货时间会适当延长，敬请理解。
关于收货：收货时，签收前请核实是否有货物损坏、商品丢失等问题，如有以上情况，请先和我们联系。协商处理。
关于缺货：为了保证客户及时收到货物，缺货的订单我们会先联系客户，得到客户允许后先发出有货的产品。客户收到货物之后可对缺货部分申请退款。如果客户不允许，我们会协商退款，并且请谅解。

2. 如产品质量问题，可退换货。如产品非质量问题，概不退货，请知悉。
3. 如产品有破损请拍照联系我们客服，照片必须体现两个细节：第一，外箱完好无损的图片；第二，产品破损的详细。这样方便我们与您沟通补货。
4. 我们支持开据发票，如需要开发票，买家承担开票费用，具体收费标准请咨询客服。
