Each product of our company is a wholesale item, only supplied to dealers and distributors. We do not sell it to the public. Please do not place an order directly, otherwise we will not ship it.

After becoming a distributor of our company, the first purchase can be based on the minimum order quantity stipulated by the company or the mixed batch conditions.

All the products sent out by our company come with independent and exquisite packaging. On the basis of the original packaging, an outer packaging is added to enhance the pressure resistance. Despite the best protective measures we have taken, it is still impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezing.

Our company has a basic inventory of all products. However, as our car models, remote control car models, remote control aircraft, etc. are all best-selling products, and there are also many export and domestic sales orders, it cannot be ruled out that some orders may be out of stock. Therefore, it is normal for the delivery time to be two to three days. We will try our best to arrange for early delivery. For those in stock, we will try to ship them on the same day. For those out of stock, we will replenish them within three days. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are placing a large order, the delivery time and payment method need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.

Our company's default Courier service nationwide is YTO. For areas where delivery is not available, we use postal small packages. If you need other Courier services, please contact our customer service. 

缺货问题的解决办法：一般我们会联系收货人，告知缺货原因，征得收货人的同意更换款式或者颜色等。假如联系不到收货人，那么默认的是按订单配货能发多少就发多少的原则。剩下的货款会如数退还给购买人。

请买家本人在签收包裹时，当面核对无误后签名。如发现：数量不符，货物损坏，请立即原样封好拒签，当着快递员的面第一时间联系店主，经本人确认后可退回。一旦签收，本店概不负任何责任，敬请注意！！！他人签收后出现的问题也一样，因此请一定要本人签收！
破损：因运输原因导致的破损责任将不由我司承担（建议选择德邦，佳吉之类有保险的物流）。但我们有义务尽一切努力协助客户解决此问题，我司会采用物流双层包装、加垫缓冲物、紧凑叠放等方式来避免破损事件的发生。请您（或其他代收货的人）务必要和快递人员一起检查货品的数量和外表（这是您的权利），如数量不对或外表破损，请快递人员签名确认。

问题1：快递人员不肯一起打开检查
解决办法：快递单您签收后要拿好，要检查完后再还给快递人员。
问题2：快递人员不肯签名确认缺失量
解决办法：您记下快递员的电话和姓名就可以了。

无理由退货：如遇要求退换货情况，客户必须保证货物包装完好，未经使用，产品无损坏，不影响商品的二次销售。（如退回货物不符合标准，本站将收取20%元手续费），无理由退换货运费由买家承担。

主观缺陷：我司产品都是物美价廉，物超所值，有的买家在收到货物后觉得做工有些毛糙，有瑕疵，不是好材料，和想象的不一样等等问题，但这些均不属于质量问题，不管什么产品都没有十全十美，太挑剔的买家请绕道，我们的图片均为实物拍摄，所有尺寸都是手工测量，1-2CM误差为正常。

退换货：退货条件--—产品本身的质量问题导致产品本身应有的功能缺失，我们将予以退换货处理，但由此产生的运费由买家承担（多数问题都可以通过更换电池、调整电池安放位置、线头连接...等简单的方式来解决，卖玩具要会修玩具哦）。其他如销量不好、没有想象中好...等非产品本身质量问题的原因，我们将不提供退换货哦！

产品质量：所发产品我司均会通过产中、产后、发出前等多次检查，完全合格才发货，但各种不确定因素均会导致产品功能的丧失。

图片与实物：产品图片100%均为实物拍摄，可以真实的反映产品本身的实际，但因光线，拍摄水平等因素可能会导致图片和实物略有差异。因市场变化等因素工厂可能会调整产品及外包装的颜色、包装方式等，请以实际为准。

其他：虽然我们做的都是精品玩具，但是对于完美主义者或者对产品要求严格者请华丽转身优雅绕道。
运输是由第三方物流公司完成，非我们所能控制。运输时间受天气、车辆安排、交通条件等诸多因素的影响，我们给您预估的运输时间，仅供参考，不作为合约的内容,也不作为退货的理由。
